Joined by Hosta Hill team member Mark Phillips, we had the opportunity to talk about fermented vegetables, Hosta Hill’s journey, and fermented foods in general.

A few weeks ago we had a nice chat with the editor at the Berkshire Eagle, our local newspaper here in the Berkshires. We told him all about Hosta Hill, who we are, what we do, why we do what we do. Two big highlights of the article was the sharing of our recent recognition for a Good Food Award (blog post here) and also being the recipients of the 2016 MDAR (Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources).  It's been an exciting start to the new year and we look forward to keeping things interesting and fun!
